Pagayaman's pau or in English we called as steamed bun was originated from Federal Territory of Labuan which is owned by my uncle. He was forming a restaurant that we called as Pagayaman Pit Stop. As for Pit Stop is where a racing vehicle stops in the pits during a race for refuelling, new tires, repairs, mechanical adjustments, a driver change, or any combination of the above. The combination both of the name can be seen as a place that suitable to stop, relax and enjoying a good refreshing food or drinks.
